Do you think you can wear a cloth years after someone wore it as a fashionista?

OAP 'Toke Makinwa' wore these clothes just a couple of weeks ago at the Glam report TV launch! While Miss kelekele 'Tiwa Savage' wore the cute dress by Bridget Awosika from way back January 2012 . What do you think of both looks? Who wore it better? and would you wear a dress someone else actually wore years back? what does that imply as in celebrity fashion? I'd love to hear from you
